Connell Creations (CC) was founded in Tulsa, OK in 1999 and then relocated to Los Angeles in early 2004 when the focus shifted from commercials and corporate videos to feature film and television. In early 2005 CC kicked off production on its debut feature film, Strictly Background, which is currently in consideration for top honors at several film festivals across the country.

CC also produces several successful annual film festivals which started with the Tulsa United Film Festival (TUFF) back in 2002. Since that time CC has gone bi-coastal and launched the Los Angeles United Film Festival (LAUFF) as well as the New York United Film Festival (NYUFF).
